L.B. Clarke, Chairman
Mr. Clarke has over 30 years of joint venture experience in Canada and internationally. His experience ranges from accounting to auditing to agreements to systems to management of joint ventures to personnel consulting and training.

Past and present clients include Marathon Oil Company, Conoco Oil Corporation, Total (Rigel) Petroleum Ltd., ARC Resources Ltd., Signalta Resources Limited, Paramount Resources, Seneca Resources Corp., Western Oil Sands, Apache Canada Ltd., Keyera Energy, Harvard International Group. and Imperial Oil Ltd. (Exxon).

Mr. Clarke also teaches Joint Venture Agreements, Joint Venture Accounting and Joint Venture Auditing courses that he authored and which are sponsored by the Petroleum Joint Venture Association (PJVA) and in the past through CAPPA at SAIT, Mount Royal College and in private seminars. He was a director of the PJVA for three years and the Treasurer for one year. Mr. Clarke has spoken at two Insight Conferences and has chaired one other Insight Conference.
